I developed tactics for the business to implement in order to increase customer engagement and enhance customer experience. One of these was a weekly cake pop giveaway to increase social media engagement. I also assisted in brainstorming ideas to revamp Lizzie Pop's social media page. I rewrote the bio, created Instagram story image covers, and created story content such as customer testimonials.
